Home Buyer Tax Credits

The National Association of Home Builders has designed a new website with everything you need to know in order to claim the recently extended first-time home buyer tax credit or the new repeat home buyer credit. That's right. If you already own a home, there is now a credit to move up. Check out the site here:

Federal Housing Tax Credit: Home: "The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 has extended the tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence. It also authorized a tax credit of up to $6,500 for qualified repeat home buyers."
